Primary Care

Wood River Health Services provides a full range of medical, dental and social services to the community. These services include primary and urgent care that covers the entire life cycle. Disciplines represented are Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics/Gynecology.

Full Service Dental Care

The dental department provides annual cleanings, consultation, exams and x-rays for preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Routine appointments or consultation for more advanced procedures can be scheduled by calling the dental department.

Social Services

Our Social Services department offers concrete services such as a food bank, prescription assistance and referrals to Medicaid. Psychological Services are available to Wood River Health Services patients. Crisis intervention services are provided for individuals affected by domestic violence, substance abuse, child and elderly abuse and other psycho-social issues. WIC services are also available on site.
