Wood River Health Services has been offering high quality affordable medical and dental services to the communities in southwestern Rhode Island since 1976.  We operate as a private nonprofit federally-qualified community health center devoted to quality patient care.

 

Our team of professionals is dedicated to you and your family. We are focused on meeting all of our patients' needs.  Our quality is assured by outside regulatory agencies and internal improvement programs. Wood River Health Services is accredited by the Joint Commission.
